Leitz manufactured the Varob enlarging lens unit from approximately 1932 onwards. The lens elements are purported to have been selected from the factory runs of Elmar lenses, & are often marked as Elamr lenses in serial number records.
This Varob was manufactured in 1938, and is in Excellent cosmetic condition. The optics are Very Good, with some very light radial haze. The lens is supplied in a protective lens bubble.
